The DDE Plug-in enables communication between a Servoy Solution and any local or remote Windows DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) Server.Dynamic data exchange (DDE) is a feature of Microsoft Windows.
DDE provides a protocol through which applications can exchange data of all sorts.
With this version of the Plug-in you can set up read and write, from and to any DDE Server enabled (MS Windows) application like:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- MS Access
- MetaTrader4
- To interact direct with open applications to read data.
- To interact direct with open applications to write data.
